What areas do you cover?
Our current areas include Venice, Marina del Rey, Playa Vista, Playa del Rey, Culver City, Mar Vista, Del Rey, and Westchester.
Are there any breed restrictions?
There are no breed restrictions. The only requirement is that your dog enjoys their time with their out.dog companion. Your first appointment is free, as an evaluation period to ensure we are a good fit.
Why don't you pack walk?
Pack walking is the practice of walking a group of dogs (sometimes 8 or more) at a time. We do not do pack walk. We providing individual attention, giving your dog(s) the ability to play, connect, and express their personality freely. We believe dogs need more than a quick potty break around the block. We aim to bring your friend home happy and fulfilled.
What makes Out.Dog different?
We believe dogs need more than what other companies offer. Most companies pack walk, meaning one walker, several dogs, for 15-30 minutes. Some companies can not guarantee a consistent walker. We do something different. We provide one-on-one companionship, giving your dog(s) the ability to express their personality for an entire hour. Your price includes transportation to various locations (generally within 15 minutes of your location), with no additional fees for gas or parking.
How do I schedule a time?
Fill out a Meet & Greet. We only accept customers that maintain a weekly appointment schedule. That may be once per week, or it may be every day of the week, it's up to you. There are no contracts or obligations.
How do I pay?
You can choose to prepay monthly, or receive a bi-weekly invoice following completed appointments. All forms of payments are accepted including Credit/Debit online, cash, check, or Venmo.
Closures, Cancellations, and Weather Delays
If it is raining, or if you walker is ill, we will call or text you ahead of time to determine what you would like to do. If we can't reach you, we will assume your dog depend on us for a bathroom break, and we will arrive for a short neighborhood walk at no charge for the day. In the future, a backup walker can be made available to you. There are no fees for last-minute cancellations. We ask that you inform us in advance of upcoming vacations. You will retain your time slot as long as you intend on working with us. However, whenever an appointment is canceled, we may make your time slot temporarily available to other existing customers.
